ABOUT ME

Born and raised in central Alberta, I ventured to Kamloops after marrying my spouse of 21 years, who grew up here.

I have been living in Kamloops longer than I lived in Alberta, boy if that doesn’t age me…lol.

I am a mother of 5… crazy, right! Ranging from the ages of 19 down to 11. Side gig…Mom taxi.

I am an avid fitness enthusiast. I spent 10 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, group fitness coach and studio manager. I love spending my mornings at TCSC Natural Strength Crossfit.

I am an open heart surgery survivor- 5 years this year! I was surprised by an unknown childhood heart defect in my 30s. Again, I am aging myself.

I was happy to participate in the ICCHA Wish Fund’s goal of raising funds for the Royal Inland Hospital Cardiac Care Unit in 2020/2021.

I strongly believe in taking care of one’s health.

I love living in Kamloops, as we have access to many fantastic things right outside our front door, from biking, hiking and walking trails. There are lots of opportunities to get outside and be active! There are plenty of local coffee shops to choose from. ( Avid coffee drinker over here)

Our family enjoys camping, hiking, swimming, attempting to garden and walking our 2 dogs, Malley and Lola. We are super excited to see we fit the lot requirements for chickens! And with our cat, Kit Kat… We will have a little urban farm.
